Otfimbechesed

It all starts with giving love.

The ‘Otfimbechesed’ association was established during the days of the October 7th War in response to needs that arose from the ground and with the understanding that Israel as a state before the war is not the State of Israel after the war. This change concerns all residents of the State of Israel, but with special emphasis on the settlements of the ‘envelope’ that experienced severe trauma on the day the war broke out.

The goals of the association are:

Unity, commemoration of the fallen and their values, support and empowerment of the residents of the surrounding area

Even before the war, we established several social projects together with partners:

  • – Civilian Operations Command to assist our soldiers in Operation Protective Edge
  • A warm corner for the soldiers of the ‘envelope’
  • Regional Jewish Studies Seminary
  • Bar/Bat Mitzvah project in partnership with surrounding kibbutzim (a long-standing project of Kfar Maimon that has been renewed in recent years)

The establishment of the association is intended to enable the continuation and expansion of existing activities, and the expansion of activities according to the needs that arise from the field.

Our goal is to add unity, and to do good out of giving of love.

Yours, Uriel ( Chairman of the association)
